Job Description:
- Take responsibility for all Technical aspects of Electrical/Building Services (HV/LV Power, Fire Alarm, Security, DE, CCTV, AV, Lighting, UPS etc.) work from the inception stage through to final completion of projects and client handover.
- Producing drawings and specifications matching to the client's requirements.
- Ensure compliance and offer recommendations for Health, Safety and Environmental issues relating to Technical activities.
- Practical site knowledge and experience.
- Mentor and assist Trainee Engineers.
Key Requirements:
- 3 Years minimum experience in the Building Services Industry.
- HNC Qualification in Building Services or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong Knowledge with AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, AmTech and Microsoft Office Software.
- Strong Knowledge with British, European and International Standards and Building Regulations.
- Background of working with previous consultancies as an 'Intermediate Electrical Engineer'.
- Experience of working on electrical solutions for a wide range of Sectors; such as Hotels, Residential, Super Prime/High End Properties, Education and Commercial.
- Positive and flexible attitude with an enthusiastic manner to embrace new challenges and implement new ideas with the ME7 Team.

- Undertake detailed engineering design for piped water supply, above and below ground drainage, fire protection including preparation of layouts, schematics and details.
- Prepare technical schedules and specifications.
- Plan and manage CAD documentation of designs on projects.
- Mentor and assist Trainee Engineers.
