The Super Prime and High End houses include a Super Prime House in Wimbledon, this is a new build house with an underground car museum totalling 28,000 sq. ft. Also a 38,000 sq. ft. Super Prime house in St. John’s Wood, a 24,000 sq. ft. Grade I Listed house in Belgravia, a 17,000 sq. ft. Super Prime house in Templewood Avenue in Hampstead and five houses along with eight apartments on Gloucester Avenue in Regent's Park.

Hotels in the UK and Overseas, including a new 6 star resort in the Caribbean, a 1,000 bed Hotel in Ahmedabad and a 1,500 bed Hotel in Surat, both based in India and a Banyan Tree Hotel in Barbados which consisted of a 450 acre development comprising of an 80 acre 6 star Hotel, 18 hole championship golf course and 200 Luxury villas.

Many commercial projects including Barnard's Inn, a 150,000 sq. ft. office HQ building for Mercers, Holborn. The Guardian Newspaper Printing Works, Docklands and Little Britain development, City of London for Wimpey Property Holdings totalling to 0.5M sq. ft. of offices. 50,000 sq. ft. office and mixed use scheme in London Bridge.

The initial design for the Spurs Academy comprising full Training and Medical facilities for the First Team and Youth Academy. The Jubilee Waterside centre, a new canoeing and teaching centre in King's Cross. 650 seat Shakespeare theatre in three basement levels at Islington Green, as part of a mixed use scheme.

Reigate College, new science and student blocks along with the County Building boiler house renewal. The second Notting Hill Preparatory school with natural ventilation. Leighton Park School, new central dining facilities for 500 students and another Major 1.5mw Boiler refit at Harlow College.

Our accomplishments include Grove House in Regent's Park, a Grade I listed Robert Adams property refurbishment and extension, Two Grade I 24,000 sq. ft. Listed Houses in Regent's Park and a Grade I Listed property in Belgravia. Super Prime House in London for original 'Masters' paintings.

Many residential projects include a major project 'Elektron' for Barratt East London (Three 22 storey towers with 450 Apartments), a major mixed use project for London Green Developments and finally the Tower in Collier's Wood including 333 apartments, 30,000 sq. ft. of commercial areas, a library, a Primary Care Trust surgery and a public piazza.

Healthcare projects in both private and public sectors including; Hammersmith Bridge Road PCT Surgery (Stirling prize Short listed 2002). Dulverton new Primary Care Trust surgery in Somerset and Tachbrook Triangle Primary Care Trust in Victoria within a mixed use development.

RAF Benson, a Helicopter flight simulator building with 8 moving pod simulators.
